1. Preparation and Delivery Timeframes

  • Order preparation begins after the order has been confirmed.
  • Total delivery time depends on the size of the order, delivery address, traffic conditions, and courier availability.
  • The estimated delivery time is shown during checkout or communicated after the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Conditions

Food delivery is carried out under the following conditions:

  • Food is packaged to help preserve its temperature, freshness, and presentation during delivery.
  • Delivery is available within supported service areas based on the delivery address provided with the order.

3. Delivery Fee

  • The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery address and service area and is shown before the order is finally confirmed.
  • If free delivery or another delivery promotion is available, it will be applied according to the terms of that promotion.

4. Possible Delays

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume
  • Traffic congestion or weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
